Need help with your list of automatic transfers? Upon request, your old financial institution must provide you with details of your direct debit and direct credit arrangements processed for the past 13 months.

By entering the above details into Change My Bank, you can elect to generate:

  1. An authorisation form for delivery to your local BOQ branch. We will then forward the change of financial institution and account details on your behalf.
  2. Authorisation letters addressed to the companies you nominate so you can post your change of financial institution and account details to them directly.

Once your authorisations have been lodged, you can check their progress through Bank of Queensland Internet Banking.
